호주 캔배라 유비에프 소식2008
  I thank God who has blessed us and has led us the best way in 2008. The highlight of the year 2008 for Canbera UBF was the missionary conference held in Canberra from December 22-23. God blessed this conference with his precious words from Revelation 2 (“Restore Your First Love), John 13 (“Wash One Another’s Feet”) and Zechariah 4 (“But By My Spirit”) and also the group Bible studies led by missionary Anna Yang and sh. Stephen Ahn. Mother Barry helped us especially to remember and recover our first love for Jesus by delivering the message on Revelation 2, visiting our house church and serving us with 1 Peter 1, “A Living Hope.” We had an opportunity to get to know Mother Barry personally, and also had such a good time on a tour of the inside of the Opera House in Sydney. She swiftly took 210 stairs that were required for the tour! It will be an unforgettable, beautiful memory for us. We also had a vision that someday we will have the Oceania or International Bible Conference at the Opera House. God showed his love to the Canberra house church by sending David Park Jr. to AMU Medical School for 2009. He met missionary Hannah Lee at the Purdue Conference in the USA and accepted her suggestion as God’s providence that he should apply to AMU, and he got an admission letter in just a few weeks. This was very unpredictable, but it was done under God’s mysterious way and sovereignty. We had a Christmas worship service with S. Hannah Jung who visited Canberra for a week. She enjoyed the country lifestyle of Canberra even for a short period. She enjoyed walking along the lakeside near our house church in the morning and in the afternoon, and enjoyed a BBQ in a beautiful valley for Christmas lunch. She also had a lot of time to talk and listen to missionary Hannah Lee, and served Hannah Jr. and Mrs. S. Straton with 1:1 Bible study (Mrs. S Straton helped in the preparation for the conference in many ways). Above all, S. Hannah Jung’s cooking of ramen noodles for the evening supper was fantastic and we still miss her cooking. We are praying that God may bless AMU ministry to make disciples of Jesus (double attendants and 3 disciples of Jesus by 2010, 3 house churches by 2015) and Australian UBF chapters to be missionary-sending chapters by 2020 (this prayer topic was given by Mother Barry). Thank you so much for your prayer and love for our family. May God bless you and your family abundantly in 2009 and fulfill your prayer topics. Thank God for hearing good news from 호주 at the first time of this new year. Specially, Mother Barry continuously is pro-active and strong enough to support the 호주 history of GOD by the grace of GOD. I pray for the invaluable servents of GOD, Mother Berry and missionary Anna Yang without interruption to win the spiritual combat with the evil and then create another history of disciple in 2009. Also, as per the prayer topic, I pray AMU to make disciples of Jesus (double attendants and 3 disciples of Jesus by 2010, 3 house churches by 2015) and Australian UBF chapters to be missionary-sending chapters by 2020 . Again thank GOD for give me an apportunity to listen to and see and feel the living God in 호주. |

호주에 가족이 살고 있어서 항상 호주에 마음이 갑니다. 대학 개척역사를 통해서 호주 영혼들이 하나님이 받으실만한 산 제물로 준비되기를 기도합니다. 호주가 전세계 캠퍼스에 세계선교나가는 제사장 나라가 되기를 기도합니다. | |
